Technologically advanced options
Warm edge spacer units are the ideal choice when energy efficiency or heat savings matter. An all-foam, silicone design allows less heat to pass through than traditional aluminum or metal spacers. Lower U-Value further boosts thermal performance and resists condensation. Warm edge spacers provide the lasting strength needed in demanding commercial applications.

Super Spacer TriSeal™ is a flexible, silicon warm edge technology spacer designed to satisfy the toughest commercial glazing demands. Glass + Mirror Craft is the only company in Michigan that provides Super Spacer TriSeal™.
Multi-layer vapor barrier is continuous at corners, with a high desiccant content and no chemical fogging.
1. Inner acrylic adhesive seal for immediate unit handling
2. Customer applied polyisobutylene primary seal for enhanced gas retention and low moisture vapor transmission
3. Outer secondary seal for proven performance
A smooth matte surface finish and straight-line application with sharp 90° corners.
