Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (CSR)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Process orders, quotes, and revisions accurately in internal systems
- Communicate timelines, product details, and updates to customers
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with Sales, Production, and Scheduling to ensure smooth order flow
- Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
CAD Drafting / Design/Programming Experience
- Create detailed CAD drawings for custom shower door and glass systems
- Interpret measurements, sketches, and customer specifications into accurate layouts
- Ensure all drawings meet company standards, safety requirements, and production capabilities
- Review orders for accuracy, including dimensions, glass types, and hardware selections
- Revise drawings as needed based on customer or internal feedback
- Collaborate with production to ensure designs are feasible and efficient
Qualifications
- Experience with CAD software 1 Year Experience Minimum (AutoCAD or similar required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret measurements, drawings, and specifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in shower doors, glass fabrication, or construction industry
- Familiarity with frameless/ semi frameless shower door systems and hardware
- Previous CSR or order entry experience
Work Environment
- Office-based role with frequent collaboration with production and operations teams
- Fast-paced environment requiring both technical accuracy and customer interaction
