While G+MC is an outstanding place of employment, it does not go without challenges
Most importantly, G+MC operates multiple shifts and a candidate works on any shift along with mandatory overtime. (We assign new Team Members to work alongside an experienced Team Member for the first 90 days). Further, candidates interested in fabrication operations pick up heavy pieces of glass, sometimes exceeding 50 pounds, on a regular basis through the day.
Moreover, Team Members dress in safety gear and clock in at their designated start time. Clocking in late or being absent is unacceptable; we expect no attendance occurrences within the first 90 days.
However, we are side-by-side with you in meeting these challenges! G+MC provides direct and video training, and fosters a safe working environment for all its Team Members. Unsafe practices and not following safe work rules are not tolerated.
Finally, all prospective Team Members must complete and pass a drug test, physical, and background screening before they start work. Candidates pay for the drug test and physical, G+MC reimburses them upon hiring based on the ability to pass the test. Looking for a great career? Come Join Us!
