1000 Lake Shore Plaza is a 55-story premier residential venue rising off the shores of Lake Michigan in downtown Chicago. Designed by architect Sidney Morris, it made its posh mark as the tallest venue in the city to have exterior apartment balconies until the turn of the century!
Glazier Glass Solutions Inc. retained Glass + Metal Craft to design the main entrance vestibule, consisting of a glass revolver set between two glass entrances equipped with panic bars. G+MC fabricated the tempered glass and designed the stainless cladding accenting the top of the vestibule. We also led in integrating the revolver into the entire design.
