G+MC’s glass and metal vestibule for 800 West Fulton is based on our OSTIUM™ Type III Pre-Engineered Standard and Hybrid Glass Vestibule, featuring a handsome, stoutly designed cage enclosed in glass with custom fittings. All three types of OSTIUM designs are modular and scalable, and can be installed “as is” or customized to meet the architect’s intent.
The 800 West Fulton vestibule is a hybrid design – where G+MC customized the basic, pre-engineered design to install halfway into the building, as the architect envisioned.
G+MC’s Fulcrum Architectural Design Assist Division made all required engineering changes and delivered the vestibule with stamped drawings. Our Project Management Team guided the project through fabrication and was on call for on-demand support
In addition to this signature entrance, G+MC also fabricated several other standard entrances along the ground floor of the venue. The new office development is a centerpiece of Chicago’s revived Fulton Market District.
