Last year we announced the launch of our first pre-engineered architectural system – a glass windscreen that allows the architect to specify a proven concept, or provide a solid start with a base product they can customize to their vision.
Either way it saves time and cost that allows some part of a finite budget to be redirected to other project components, at the same time providing a proven installation for the glazing contractor. A win-win.
The windscreen design featured elements of four other G+MC windscreen projects – an integration of best efforts – that we ultimately branded as our line of VENTUS™ Engineered Glass Guardrails and Windscreens.
We launched VENTUS™ at a major industry show, and the feedback was overwhelming positive. When we later took the product to our strategic industry partners and customers, they were equally excited.
Well then, we thought … why stop there?
And so we didn’t. As the months roll forward, look for us to launch what we believe will be one of the broadest, ready-to-implement, simplest-to-install product lines of pre-engineered architectural systems available anywhere – for engineered glass canopies, structure walls, flooring, entrances, and more.
Each system will be both scalable and modular to adapt to a wide range of conditions and applications. Each will come with all required hardware and a complete set of stamped drawings. Each will be fully supported by our Fulcrum Architectural Design Assist Division
and Project Management Team to deal with real-time issues and flow installation.
We thought of everything to save cost while making a lasting impact. It’s something new for the architect’s toolbox, and we’re excited! Look for more on this in the weeks and months ahead!
