Over the last few weeks, we talked about our industry-first Assured Fitment guarantee, where if we are retained to provide the field measurements of a system we design and fabricate, we will guarantee it fits as intended or make all changes as required at our expense. No questions asked.
A recent example is Moxies, a premium casual restaurant chain with multiple locations in Canada and the U.S. The latest opened this year in Boston’s hugely popular Seaport District.
Skyline Glass & Glazing signed us up to fabricate a showpiece glass stairway for the venue, and moreover, to conduct the on-site measurements for the architectural system.
First images have come in, and I’ve shared one here. A member of our engineering team recently went to the site and captured the measurements – using laser-guided technology – directly into the CAD for the system.
No “kinda/sorta” measurements using a tape measure. No head scratching after-the-fact from notes taken. And none of the errors that come from them that always (it seems) emerge way late in the project.
We’re proud to be an industry leader in what we think is a highly critical – and often minimized – key to the flow of a successful glazing project. Especially something as potentially troublesome as a glass-and-metal stairway.
Of course, we also offer our Assured Fitment guarantee for any architectural system we design and fabricate. One of our custom or pre-engineered vestibules, entrances, canopies, guardrails, structural walls, and windscreens, along with stairways.
Facing a challenging glass project? Choose peace of mind.
